1. About Radiance

Radiance by Kristina is a boutique facial spa located in Santa Monica, California. We offer personalized facial treatments, skincare services, and skincare products.

Throughout these terms, "Radiance," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Radiance by Kristina.

2. Appointment Bookings

Appointments are booked and managed through our third-party booking provider, BLVD.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and disclose relevant information regarding your skin, allergies, medications, sensitivities, and other factors that may affect your treatment.

We reserve the right to recommend modifications to a service or decline a treatment when it may not be appropriate for your individual needs.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Missed appointments without prior notice will also be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate as much of your scheduled treatment as possible within the remaining appointment time. The regular service price will still apply.

Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

4. Payments

Payments for facial services and appointments are processed through BLVD.

Online skincare purchases are processed through our website's e-commerce platform, Squarespace, and its applicable payment processing providers.

By completing a purchase or booking, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

5. Skincare Products & Online Orders

We make every effort to accurately represent our skincare products, ingredients, descriptions, and pricing.

Individual skincare results may vary depending on skin type, condition, consistency of use, and other personal factors.

Please review product ingredients before purchasing. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, contact us before using a product.

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping: Please refer to our separate store policies for applicable shipping, return, and exchange terms.

6. Glow Fund Membership

If you enroll in the Glow Fund membership, you agree to the applicable recurring payment and membership conditions disclosed at enrollment.

Membership benefits, monthly charges, credits, expiration, and cancellation terms are governed by the membership details provided at the time of enrollment.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, promotional offers, discounts, and special offers are subject to their stated terms and conditions.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated. Any applicable expiration dates and restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase or promotion.

8. Nature of Skincare Services

Our facial treatments and skincare recommendations are intended for cosmetic and esthetic purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific skincare outcomes.

Please communicate any discomfort, irritation, allergies, or concerns during your appointment.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, text, graphics, branding, logos, and original materials, belongs to Radiance by Kristina or its respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Our website and business operations rely on third-party providers, including BLVD, Squarespace, and Google Analytics.

We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies, or practices of these third-party providers. Their services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
